Chic Returns

If your Nosso decor piece isn't harmonizing with your space, fear not! You have 14 days from the date of delivery to gracefully return it to us. Just ensure it's in its original, pristine condition, with all tags and packaging intact - we're all about that showroom shine!

Return Process

Ready to curate your ideal space? Here's how to orchestrate your return:

1. Contact Us: Reach out to our team at shop@nosso.co.za with your order number and reason for return. 
2. Wrap It Up: Bundle your item back in its original packaging - we need it to arrive in one piece in order to refund you
3. Send It Back: Ship your return to us using your preferred method, and be sure to secure a tracking number
4. Await the Reveal: Once your return gracefully returns to our nosso sanctuary and passes inspection, we'll refund you

Refunds

We believe in turning design dilemmas into delightful discoveries! Once your return has been artfully processed, anticipate your refund to elegantly reappear in your account within 5-7 business days. Please note, original shipping fees are non-refundable
