Senses by Breve
A sculptural statement piece that transforms a simple floral arrangement into contemporary art. Crafted from clear glass, this vase features an organic, fluid silhouette with a distinctive droplet-like form that appears to gently melt over the edge. Its transparent design highlights stems and water, creating a striking interplay of light, shape, and reflection. Perfect as a standalone decorative object or styled with fresh foliage, the vase brings a modern, gallery-inspired aesthetic to consoles, shelves, dining tables, and curated interiors.
About the artist:
Breve is a ceramic workshop created by industrial designer Augusto Ribeiro that blends handmade craftsmanship with digital technology in experiments that take on various forms, functions, and scales, with clay as its primary medium. Breve is about not being constrained, whether by an idea, technique, or style. The pieces are materialized through experiments in techniques and processes that lead to a unique result for each collection. They include functional items, decorative objects, and artworks that explore the infinite universe of ceramics.
Breve was founded in 2019, born from designer Augusto Ribeiro's desire to combine industrial design with handmade ceramics to materialize his original creations. In its debut series, Chanfro, it merges digital design and handmade production to create functional items intended for daily use, yet complementing the decor of any space. In its three years of existence, Breve has won two design awards and been featured in numerous architecture, design, and interior magazines, websites, and blogs. It has also participated in various industry events such as Casacor, MADE, Casa Vogue Experience, Casa de Criadores, Exporevestir, and others. Today, Breve's pieces can be found in various physical stores across Brazil as well as on major national and international design websites.
