Ceramiquinho, an illustration project by Guilherme Lira, translates imagination into handcrafted ceramics with love. Guilherme Lira created Ceramiquinho to give form to imaginative characters populating their imagination, and realising them in clay. Enchanted by children's book illustrations during his studies, Guilherme aims for a pop aesthetic that radiates joy. His creations draw from Brazilian fauna, Carnival, Pernambuco's crafts, and popular art, reflecting his personal aesthetics. These whimsical objects bring a piece of Brazil's identity and history into homes, resonating with his love for knick-knacks and desire to infuse happiness through his art.
